[OSM-talk] Update of JOSM plugins now and then... (was: error while josm start with landsat plugin activated)

JOSM has a plugin system since the last few versions. This comes with many
advantages, but also with some additional quirks. One of them is, that the
plugin version and the main JOSM version may not match.


Usually, you don't need to update plugins, when you upgrade JOSM. But if
you get errors, it might worth a try ;)


I'll update the error message in the popup dialog about this ;)

PS: Another hint is the "stack trace" in the debug window. Noticed the
"...landsat.LandsatPlugin.<init>..." above? I'll consider parsing the
stack trace automatically in future version and try to guess where the bug
come from, but there will still be cases where bugs in plugins are
impossible to differentiate to bugs in JOSM. ;)
