I'd vote for deleting the PGS stuff along the Thames!

As it happens I've been trying to tidy up the PGS data in various places, 
but had deliberately left the Thames, as I wasn't sure which set of data to 
delete / tidy up.

If no serious objections crop up on the mailing list I'll volunteer for 
deleting it by the end of the week.
