AFAIK these are the Cyrillic street names in St.
Petersburg (Russia) and the full greek alphabet.
Some street name letters are broken by the utf-8 saved
as latin1. It is (or was) a database bug, that assumed
the latin1 encoding for the strings, which does not
cover
all 8bit numbers necessary for the cyrillic and greek
glyphs.
