[OSM-talk] ANNOUNCE : merkaartor v0.02

v0.02 unfortunatly didn't really work under linux. I've now
released v0.03 (at the same location) that includes (besides other
changes) fixes for Linux. Merkaartor now at least compiles
and works for Ubuntu 6.06. If there is interest I can
provide a linux binary too.
