[OSM-talk] JOSM Trac spam

The wiki on JOSM's Trac [0] is getting spammed nearly every day by an
anonymous user.  I manually clean it up [1], as I am subscribed to the
changes RSS feed.  Perhaps anonymous editing should be switched off, but
then I can't find a way of registering on this Trac.
