[OSM-talk] More on osmarender

Thanks to the help of various people, I've finally been able to generate
some fairly nice looking maps of the areas I was interested in. A few of
the roads weren't long enough for the road names, and a few things still
rendered a bit odd even with the segments going the right way, but it's a
nice start. The maps are now on the appropriate wikipedia pages, and
hopefully will prove useful.

This process has led me to think that generating large area maps with
osmarender is fairly easy, but doing nice detailed ones (with names etc)
is quite a bit trickier. It would probably be really helpful if some of
the osmarender experts could put together a page of advice on using it.
(The greater london page looks a good start, but should probably cover
more use cases). I'd offer to help, but I'm still a bit confused about why
some things worked and some didn't :(

Also, I noticed that highway=minor isn't being rendered by the current
osm-map-features.xml. Do people think that just adding "|minor" to all the
unclassified tag entries is the right thing to do, or should we come up
with some rendering between unclassified and secondary for these roads?

Cheers
Nick
