Yes! i'm one of them, some missing documentation and guidelines did not permit
me to complete my osm tool... i'm coding since may, hoping to release
sources for public review but i had to patch or deeply change my sources due
to a missing informations/roadmap... mailing-lists are good for discussions
but not for docs :), someone should report strategic points on the wiki
developers page...
