I've added some bits to the wiki on rendering the svg (firefox, inkscape, 
adobe svg etc).

I've also added some stub bits on examples for different sized maps, with 
a few of my notes on doing suburb ones. It really does need an expert to 
flesh it out though, and give some more guidance on what to tweak for best 
results.
