Good idea, I notice a number of features are in a never-neverland of 
not reaching consensus approval but not rejection either.

I am a newcomer to Wikis, is the way to vote by doing a standard wiki 
edit of the "Votes" section or is there a "Vote" functionality or 
button I'm missing?
