GPSBabel+ is a Mac interface to GPSBabel ... Not particularly nice
though...

I've started work on just that - but at the moment I'm bogged down in
using it as an excuse to write a nice Mac interface to gpsbabel (my plan
being to use gpsbabel to import GPS data). I'll enable anon access to my
SVN server if anyone's interested - although at the moment it's /just/
gpsbabel interface stuff.
