If you really want to have a metrics which is a little bit telling about the 
quality. You might use osmfilter with the following options:
 osmfilter.pl <all-tracks-of-user>*.gpx
    --split-tracks     : to handle multiple tracks in one
    --filter-clew      : to eliminate the the trackpoints while standing still
    --filter-reduce    : to make equal distance and 1/sec loggin adequate
    --filter-dup-seg   : to eliminate tracks which where driven more than once
after this you might (if you're lucky) get a little better measure for the 
quality of the breadcrums.
