[OSM-talk] uploading gpx files. how to?

I had the same issue with the A27 between Worthing and Brighton.
There were 3 sets of segments, what appeared to be one for each 
carriageway, and one roughly down the middle with a way on it.
I can only assume this was blindly converted from a GPX trace.

Further down, I found a set of segments with 3 ways on it, all labelled 
the same.

Needless to say, this has now all been tidied up although I haven't gone 
much further than the A27/A23 junction.
