I cannot see even traces uploaded in that part of the city, they are 
kept private from that person, mine not.
You have to get a warning when you login and an advice to register under 
a(n existing) project in the wiki first, otherwise it`s demoralizing me 
to do the work twice.
But this might be an evil strategy of devending the idea behind OSM..... ;-)
