Hi all.

Before I try and contact my local council tomorrow, does anyone have any 
thoughts on using this data for contributing to OSM?
(Obviously not the start/end points as they are OS grid coordinates :)

They also say there is a definitive map of public rights of way which 
may be worth checking (if its not based on OS maps...)
