I would. It wouldn't really bother me if someone used "my" OSM data in 
commercial products. The only thing that would bother me is if someone stole 
that data and put a proprietary licence on it dishonestly. As long as any 
licence prevents that happening, I'm not bothered. My own feeling is to keep 
the licence as liberal as possible and not restrict the data's use. 

Attribution along the lines of "(c) OpenStreetMap" would be fine.
