I agree with Richard. This SA part of the licence seems to create more
problems than it solves.

I like the idea of sharing as much as anyone else, but *requiring* it is
a different matter. PD or a BSD-like licence is fine if you can live
with the fact that someone might somehow make money off your
data/software/whatever. I wouldn't have a problem with that.
