That's not really the point when it comes to licensing discussions on Free
software (and Free culture) projects. It's not about fame - I don't think
many Free software types are interested in fame.
When you license something with no or few restrictions, you are effectively
giving a giant gift to your competitors. And that's great, that's very nice
of you. But your competitors job is to make you irrelevant. Remember, they're
a traditional business. If they can offer everything you've got and more,
they can easily make you irrelevant.
