[OSM-talk] Woman's Hour on Phyllis Pearsall

Interesting to hear how close Phyllis's original ideals match with OSM's
today. The technology might be different now but the comment made by her
biographer Sarah Hartley that she thought Phyllis saw maps as "by the
government for the government" is probably nearly as true today as it was
then.
If we ever have need for an OSM award then I think naming it after Phyllis
Pearsall would be a sure and lasting tribute.
