[OSM-talk] Annotation preset file for New Forest

Thought I sent this last night, but it hasn't appeared on the list.

Anyway, for those people doing off-road work at the New Forest event.... I 
have done a small annotation preset file for the New Forest which should 
easily enable you to tag the various types of path I mentioned on my message 
on Sunday night. Road rules are based on Etienne's, the rest is my own. It's
