[OSM-talk] JOSM/landsat update

Have now added a Landsat option to the main download dialog; at the moment 
this is in the form of radio buttons (OSM, Landsat or raw GPX) though later - 
probably when SRTM is done - hope to change this to checkboxes as suggested.

Another observation: if you grab a large area of Landsat e.g. 1 degree squared 
then try and zoom in, the resolution is poor. Thus the code ideally needs 
fixing though as most use cases would probably involve grabbing a few miles 
by a few miles, it's probably not urgent.
