[OSM-talk] Osmarender rendering bug

On the Osmarender layer of the slippy map if there is a secondary road which 
is one way, and it has an unclassified road coming off of it, then when it 
is rendered the core for the unclassified road is drawn on top of the core 
of the secondary road
