You can find out who rendered what by checking the Tile URL and
appending _details to it.
Make sure you get a fresh copy from the server (i.e. empty browser cache!)

for example the Tile you're probably refering to is

http://dev.openstreetmap.org/~ojw/Tiles/tile.php/12/2021/1359.png

so that would become

http://dev.openstreetmap.org/~ojw/Tiles/tile.php/12/2021/1359.png_details

and this shows that dtucny is one of those people missing some fonts.
