That's understandable, but when browsing maplint, I often find the
messages a bit unreadable, and want one more level of zoom. Maybe it's
just me.

Ps. if n is the total number of tiles generated at all levels so far,
adding one more level of zoom adds 2n+1 tiles - i.e. it triples the
storage requirements.
