[OSM-talk] U.S. Interstate interchange labeling

Hello,
I'm new to the OSM project and I just started drawing some of the roads
around my home since those are the ones I'm most familiar with and would
know the names of. I'm actually a bit confused over how interchanges,
entrances and exits for interstate highways in the U.S. should be labeled.
Should they be labeled as part of the interstate or as a separate road? If
part of the interstate, what about interchanges from interstate to
interstate (I.E. going from I-10 to I-110)?
