The list is behaving properly according to the RFCs - RFC 2822 2.6.2 says
that the Reply-to header "indicates the mailbox(es) to which the author
of the message suggests that replies be sent." If the list were to set this
header it would override the message author's wishes, which would be very
bad etiquette.
You seem to use Thunderbird, which has a "Reply to all" button - this should
do what you want.
Remember also, it's better to mistakenly send a public message to a single
recipient than to send a private message to lots of people (421 on talk
as of today).
