Conversely, some buildings look like churches for navigation purposes,
but inside are no longer used for that purpose. I think maybe we should
separate building=church and amenity=place_of_worship. "Normal" churches
will be both. Buildings that used to be churches, but are no longer, or
even just look like churches should be marked with the former. Places
where congregations of worshippers meet should be
amenity=place_of_worship (the current tag).

Maybe we should use building=church-like instead of building=church to
define them. Also we can use an extra tag for weather it has a steeple
or a tower. The icon for it could be a little picture of a church, like
the one attached (but not the one attached because it is somebody's
logo, in contrast to the icon for place of worship, which should be a
religious symbol.
