Just to make it clear, I uploaded the borders of ME, NH, VT, MA, RI,
CT, NY, PA, NJ, DE, MD, VA, WV, OH and Washington DC.  The states
bordering those where I stopped were still had their borders tagged
consistently, so Ohio's western border is tagged with
state:left=Indiana.
