This thing on Saturday was 1960s though. "Themed", too, in one area all 
the roads were named after Shipping Forecast areas, another, planets and 
constellations, another, airfields, and another, Scottish surnames (the 
latter, strangely, had two places within 2 minutes walk of each other 
where one road sign spelt the name one way, and another, another way i.e. 
Buchanan and Buchannan [the latter now removed] and Fraser and Frazer...)

You do notice some interesting stuff when mapping though. For example in 
different parts of town there are estates with similar design which 
obviously were built at about the same time. The nicest ones to map are 
probably those with all through roads, but some interesting artistic 
circles and even roundabouts (!) within them.
