[OSM-talk] oxford uni is not using OSM anymore

That page is still there - but the Wolfson College page no longer links 
to it.  Instead, the link is now:

http://www.ox.ac.uk/applications/dynamic/map_google.rm?g=1&id=490

AFAICT, the script for using OSM is still there, but it's not still in use.
