[OSM-talk] TIGER in Santa Barbara County, CA

After a break, I've returned to mapping Santa Barbara, CA and noticed
to my dismay that all the surrounding counties (in fact 57/58 of the
counties in CA, all but santa barbara!) have been uploaded with TIGER
data.

I'd hate to think that what myself and a few others started in the
southern part of the county is holding back the entire county from
getting uploaded. On the other hand, I don't want to give up all the
work we've done since I feel it is a better, more accurate product
than the TIGER data. So would it be possible to define a bounding box
within which we'll continue to work and the rest remainder of the
county can be updated with the TIGER data?
