[OSM-talk] using areas and/or nodes for citys/towns, car parks, etc.?

Hi!

Sorry for self follow up - but is there really no-one able to shed some
light on this topic (how to correctly map towns)? Or did I ask some
stupid FAQ? As told, on the german talk list, we had quite some
confusion about this...
