Yes, I'd support that. Why don't you make a proposal at 
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/index.php/Proposed_features

It would be logical and the military= tags don't cover all uses or 
general use.  I've a naval dockyard for instance.

military=here_is_where_they_listen_to_all_our_telephone_conversations_but_dont_tell_anybody_we_are_not_supposed_to_know
