[OSM-talk] Removing coastline from .osm file

Firstly this would only delete the ways since the nodes are not  
tagged "coastline". Secondly, if you delete objects in JOSM they will  
still be in the saved file (with "action=delete"). It depends on the  
tool you process the file with whether or not these "action=delete"s  
are honoured.
