Please, please don't do this. If there is a problem with the rendering
than we have to fix that and live with it as long as it isn't fixed. But
tagging things other than they are is not a solution.

There should be no light green strip. There is the highway casing which
is black (or very dark grey). Maybe it looks green to you because of some
rendering artefact, I don't know. I have looked into that and haven't
found a good way of fixing it. Currently there are far bigger problems
with the rendering, but somebody will find a way at some point to fix
this. Meanwhile, please don't tag things in the wrong way only to make
them look good.
