[OSM-talk] Server Down.

After a rocky ride for the last week, now that London is so wonderfully densely 
mapped that our server has been overwhelmed, it appears the API should now be 
reasonably stable again.

So now, I hope we have lots of Happy Mappers again ;-)

We still have a bbox limit as before. We also have a limit on number of nodes. 
The query limits the number of nodes returned from the database. If that limit 
is reached, the API will not attempt to process the request and will issue an 
HTTP 500 error.

 From my tests, it takes several minutes for josm to digest a 50,000 node query 
so nearly all sane requests will remain unaffected.
