[OSM-talk] New wiki pages on mapping features

The current documentation in the wiki on how to map features is suboptimal.
So I started to fix this. There is a new page here:

  http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/index.php/Mapping/Features

with an alphabetical list of map features and links to many new pages
documenting those features. Contrary to the old "Map Features" page,
which is ordered by tags, the new documentation is ordered by concept.
This makes it much easier to find what you are looking for. For a bridge
for instance you need the "bridge" and "layer" tags and maybe the "name" tag.
All of this is described together on the "bridge" page. Many concepts
can be found through several names.

All the new feature pages use the prefix "Mapping/Features" and they all
use the same page template with the following sections:

* How to Map (general guidelines)
* Rendering (how Mapnik and Osmarender render the feature)
* Tags (all the tags used for this feature)
* Open Issues
* See also

I have added screen grabs with rendering examples and plan to add photos
of features.

I have written some new documentation and am planning to write more. I
have also started "stealing" docs from other pages (for the Roundabout
article) and am planning to find all the scattered stuff in the wiki and
bring it into this structure. If nobody has any objections I will then
edit and/or delete some older documentation in other places in the wiki,
but thats not going to happen immediately. Feel free to document your
own favourite features.

The old "Map Features" page will be kept, but might be changed to be
more of a reference of all tags with links to the new stuff.
