[OSM-talk] export to .map

[Hugo]

I'm trying to create a streetmap, but the town is outside the US.

I'm new to this, so I don't know what tools I have to use to achieve 
this, All I have is a bunch of aerial photos that I don't know if I'm 
going to use them.

some other users told me to use GRASS, QGIS or OSM, but I don't really 
know which one will be the one!

any ideas?
