[OSM-talk] Osmarender with fixed street name rendering

I finally found a away around Inkscapes missing implementation of
baseline-shift which was the reason for street names beeing rendered not
in the middle of the street but too far up. Turns out that it can be done
easily another way. Just took me a while finding it in the spec. But now
the worst Osmarender problem is gone. Yeah!

Fixed Osmarender4 is in subversion.

(If you have used Frederiks workaround with the shifted font, you can
scap that now :-)
