Hi Nick
Nice to hear that you share my enthusiasm. I think the marketing wiki is a
great idea, I´ll have to think about it for a few days, its content and
sections. I´ll post about it soon again.

About the offline document, how about a community effort with a wiki/online
word editor? Anyone has a link to the existing document? Also, I noticed
that the forum was shut down some time ago, not sure why though. I think
that things should be kept as simple as possbile and I think that the
general public prefers a web forum to the e-mail list. By the way, I live in
Stockholm, Sweden.
