You have to convince me that such a case actually exists, where 
two cars drive after each other in the same lane, but one is not 
allowed to turn left because it entered this lane from a different 
street than the other one.  I fail to see how such a traffic rule 
could be enforced.  What does the traffic sign look like, that 
informs the driver of this situation?
