[OSM-talk] Osmarender4 slippy map (preview)

That was my fault.  The version of osmarender.xsl in tilesathome was not
identical to the one in Osmarender4, so I fixed that.  Sadly I fumbled it
and caused the duplicate template problem.

I've just committed 2095 which should resolve this issue.
