[OSM-talk] dev disk usage

Just dragged myself from bed, not being able to sleep from Flu.

Took a look at dev. Mysql binlogging enabled. 37Gb of binlog files with 10 day 
expiration.

Reduced expiration to 2 days, freeing up 27Gb. I don't think there are any 
slaves to the Mysql on dev, so unless someone gives good reason otherwise, I 
will disable binlogging.
