Hi there,
Recently, a question has arised in the talk-es mailing list: how should be
cattle tracks be tagged?
For those who don't know, here in Spain it is (was) customary for cattle to go
north during summer, and go south during winter. Due to the sheer amount of
cattle involved, this network of tracks is quite big.
Nowadays, with all those trucks and trains, the tracks are being used less.
Anyway, they have historical relevance, and every year, a bunch of shepherds
paralyzing some major highways always makes it to the news (because such a
track crosses the highway, and they have the legal right to stop traffic).
So... do any other countries have these kind of tracks? How should we tag
them?
Cheers,
