It's certainly not too UK oriented if it's a tag, not a value. It allows
more than just National Trust - There's also Crown Estates, Corporation
of London, etc. I think we want to emphasize who manages the property,
rather than who owns it. E.g. the Tussauds group (the UKs largest
theme-park & attraction company) manage the London Eye, which means that
you can use Tussauds passes on it, but they don't actually own it. Even
National Trust manages some places it doesn't own. Conversely, just
because The Crown Estate owns something, doesn't mean it is a "Historic
Royal Palace", which is the brand name for their attractions (Hampton
Court, Windsor Castle etc.)

There's also groups of separate entities - you can buy a pass that gives
you free entry to Blenheim Palace, and a list of other independently
owned stately homes in the UK. Of course an attraction could be a member
of more than one of this type of group (I'd suggest using semi-colons in
this case to separate them)

I'd suggest something like attraction_group=(National Trust, English
Heritage, Tussauds, Disney, Historic Royal Palaces)

I'm not objecting to property_owner as a tag to describe who owns the
freehold of somewhere, I'm not sure it's the right tag for this meaning.
