[OSM-talk] Slippy map initial presentation

It's got me in London, and the little map is actually pointing to a spot
about a mile due south of where I'm sitting currently. Not too bad :-)

Actually I've noticed that most IP locators can get you down to country
level, but fail woefully badly at locations within the country. But for
our purposes just getting the country quietly right would be perfect -
don't tell the user which town we think he is in (probably wrong), just
focus on the country (probably right)
