[OSM-talk] Baghdad copyright, WAS OSM layer into Adobe Illustrator?

It was mentioned in irc last night: NIMA (National Imagery and Mapping
Agency of USA) have a 2003 map of Baghdad, which could be public
domain (although there is a "copyright 2003 US Government" notice on
it)
