[OSM-talk] How to fix wonky coastline?

Thanks, David. It looks like the problem might be where I split up the
coastline into multiple ways, as when I bounce between the viewer and JOSM
the point where it goes haywire is the node connecting the two ways (eg,
http://www.openstreetmap.org/index.html?lat=44.61701416474894&lon=-63.50838186135787&zoom=14
and
http://www.openstreetmap.org/index.html?lat=44.61710580833693&lon=-63.56550217216712&zoom=15);
if I make an area to "block off" areas of sea, do you (or anyone else)
know if that would cause a problem? I think perhaps making an area between
the bridges and the mouth of the harbour, and then the bridges and the bay
might do it, but I can't find any obvious guidelines on the wiki.
Cheers, Steve
