Can't be done fully automatic. What do you do if you have a way with
several unordered segments with the tag oneway=true? If you change this
you could change the way the oneway goes. So generally this can't be
done fully automatic, but you could have a specialized tool that tells
you about the problematic cases and offers you an option to fix them
easily.
