[OSM-talk] Missing E4

Hrm...

quick look, its ok in JOSM but the segment ordering is very weird on
lots of the ways (including the E4)? Not sure where it's breaking
without diving in to the osm2pgsql output but would suggest splititng it
in to shorter ways and/or using JOSMs ordering tool thingy to reorder
the way(s).
