If a machine isn't functioning as it should, it is helpful if the problem report 
is more specific.

You might only be aware of only one service a machine is offering. However, it 
could be offering several services. Just telling me which machine doesn't 
necessarily tell me which specific service you are having trouble with.

I have re-started apache on dev. I hope that fixes your problem.
